Learner information
In order to learn to drive, you must have a provisional driving license.  You will then need to pass two tests before a full license can be obtained.  The first is the theory test, which is computer based and consists of multiple choice questions, as well as hazard perception video clips.  Only after you have passed the theory can you then take the practical test.  This is where you are asked to demonstrate you are able to drive safely on the roads, while a DSA examiner assesses you.

Instructor training
For people who would like to become a driving instructor, I can take you through parts 1,2 and 3 of your training.

Full details regarding both the theory and the practical tests, including the cost, can be found at www.dsa.gov.uk.

I've passed - thank you RBD Driving School
